NEWRAD 2017 Submission

Call for Special Edition of NEWRAD2017

The abstract authors who made presentations or whose co-authors made presentations of their abstracts at NEWRAD 2017 are invited to submit an extended proceedings paper to the special edition of the 13th NEWRAD conference (NEWRAD 2017), which will be published in the open access volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS). The submitted papers will undergo a peer-review before being accepted and published in the special edition of NEWRAD 2017. The submission fee is 5,000 JPY, which is equivalent to 45 USD. The submission deadline is extended to October 9, 2017 (23:59 of October 9, 2017, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9)).
All proceedings submissions for NEWRAD2017 have to be made electronically through AMARYS online submission website here. The detail on the submission procedure is as follows

Abstract Submission

All abstract submissions for NEWRAD2017 have to be made electronically through AMARYS online abstract submission system here.


After the review process, you will receive an acceptance letter that would contain instructions to submit a revised extended abstract. You can then make small corrections, if needed. The extended abstracts will be published at this website and also distributed to all the participants with a USB contained in the conference material.

Please note that abstract submissions for NEWRAD2017 is made through AMARYS online system handled by JTB Group.
